SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

* BestSync is the combination of Freeware and Shareware.

* FREE LICENSE: BestSync has many free features.
In 30 days after the first time the user installing BestSync, all the advanced features are available. If the user does not order an advanced license when the 30 days trial period expires, the Free License is applied. The free features are enough for local file/folder synchronization and backup. BestSync does not limit the task number and folder/file number under the Free License (Better than many other software do). The free features will never be expired, but advanced features are limited under the Free License.

* ADVANCED LICENSE: BestSync includes many advanced features, such as copy open/locked file, real-time sync, synchronize with Outlook, FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, AmazonS3, Google Storage, Rackspace Files, Google Drive, OneDrive etc, multiple-thread/session upload/download etc. After 30 days trial period, the advanced features will be disabled. If you need the advanced features, you need to order Basic, Premium, Business or Ultimate license according to the features that you need. * LICENSE ACTIVATION COUNT:
(1)For the personal user
The FIRST license can be used on TWO Computers (including the virtual computer) for the installation version, or two removable drives for the portable version. From the second license, one license for one computer, or one removable drive.
(2)For the business user
One license can be used on one computer (including the virtual computer) for the installation version, or one removable drive for the portable version.

* UPGRADE - The license of BestSync 2024 works on BestSync 2024 and BestSync 2025, and the Basic License works on all the future versions. When BestSync 2026 is available, well provide the upgrade license to Premium, Business and Ultimate License.

* SUPPORT: There is a support forum on risefly.com. Any one who have or do not have the license can post question on the forum, RiseFly Software will answer the question as quick as possible. Users who have license code can also contact risefly@risefly.com for support. If modification of the program is necessary, well always modify the code on the latest version.

* NO WARRANTY: BestSync, INCLUDE THE SOFTWARE, THE DOCUMENTATION AND ANY OTHER ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

* DISTRIBUTION: You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or graphics. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original shareware version to anyone; and distribute the shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

* COPYRIGHT: All copyrights to BestSync are exclusively owned by the author RiseFly Software

* AGREEMENT: Installing and using BestSync signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove BestSync files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
